Reception is open 7 am to 11 am for check-out and 3 pm to 7 pm for check-in. On departure, guests are requested to check out by 10 am. Luggage can be left in our luggage room free of charge on the day of arrival or departure. The hotel-residence accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards only.

The hotel-residence offers a private car park with 82 spaces. All apartments offer free access to the indoor car park, subject to availability. You can also park outside the hotel-residence.

The swimming pool is open between 8 am and 8 pm. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. Towels are available in your apartments. A welcome tray is available free of charge, offering basic necessities (coffee capsules, tea bags, cleaning kit, etc.). Each apartment is equipped with WiFi internet connection. For easy connection, your box’s access codes are indicated on the decoder in your apartment. The hotel-residence cannot be held responsible for any valuables or cash left in your room, and Management recommends that you use the in-room safes for your documents and valuables. You can make photocopies and send/receive faxes at the reception desk. Please do not hesitate to ask at Reception for more information. A display cabinet showcasing local products and offering everyday basics is located on the second floor of the hotel-residence.

Toiletries and towels are available on request at extra charge. General cleaning package: includes sheet and towel change, cleaning of bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom(s) and balcony, washing of floors. Partial cleaning package: includes sheet and towel change only.
