Reception is open 24 hours a day. For your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 10:00 am. Leave your luggage in the luggage room free of charge on the day of your arrival or departure. The residence accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards only.

The residence has a private parking lot with 69 spaces. Access to the parking lot is charged at €8 per night and per car (limited to one vehicle per apartment). Payment must be made on arrival. Subject to availability. You can also park your vehicle outside the residence.

The pool is open from 08:00 to 20:00. Swimming is not supervised. Towels are available in your apartment.

A courtesy tray is provided free of charge with essentials such as coffee capsules, tea bags, welcome kit, etc. Each apartment is equipped with a Wifi Internet connection. To make it easy for you to connect, the access codes are printed on the inside of your cardholder. The residence cannot be held responsible for valuables and cash left in your room. The management recommends that you use these safes for your documents and valuables.

You can make photocopies and send/receive faxes at the reception desk, so please don't hesitate to ask. On the second floor of the residence, come and discover our self-contained showcase of local and everyday products.

Breakfast can be delivered to your apartment. It must be ordered the day before from reception. It consists of : 1 pastry, bread, butter, jam, 1 piece of fruit, 1 yoghurt, 1 hot drink and 1 fruit juice. And for children: 1 pastry, 1 compote, 1 hot drink (chocolate) and 1 caprisun.

Maps of Saint Leu and Reunion Island are available from reception on request. Don't hesitate to ask our staff about the island's most beautiful spots, known only to regular visitors...

Toiletries and towels are available on request at extra cost. Other services such as aperitif packs or cleaning packages can be ordered from reception.
